Naturopathic / Herbal Consultations

The first consultation will take approximately one to one and a half hours. In it I will discuss with you your current health issues, as well as your medical history, diet and lifestyle and ask questions that will provide me with a holistic understanding of your case. I treat you not just your symptoms. I will suggest diet/lifestyle changes and if required nutritional supplements. If I feel that you need herbal medicine to help you, I will formulate a unique formula for you which I will make up for you either on the day or post it out to you.

Subsequent or follow up appointments are typically half an hour in length. They serve to check progress and monitor healing.


Indian Head Massage

An Indian head massage lasts half an hour. At the very first massage a short medical history will be taken to make sure there isn't any contra-indicated conditions that would hinder the massage. Hence, the first massage will be 20-25 minutes. Subsequent massages will be the full half hour.
